Akram Azmi, an innovative and contemporary fine artist, is widely recognized for his ability to craft captivating works that exude boundless energy. Born in Cairo, Egypt 1961, and later immigrating to the United States in 1980, Akram's diverse life experiences have deeply influenced his artistic journey. Having studied at the prestigious Academy of Art University in San Francisco,CA1987.Akram has honed his skills and fused traditional and modern elements to forge a highly distinctive artistic style. His creations, borne from spontaneous inspiration, serve as a conduit for his personal creativity and profound insight. It is Akram's belief that his role as an artist transcends mere creation; he sees himself as a craftsman, diligently shaping and interpreting imagery and messages from his conscious and subconscious mind, thereby infusing each piece with a unique essence.

I have been captivated by the enchanting allure of fine arts and design since my earliest days. This lifelong fascination led me to seek out fresh avenues for conveying my emotions and innermost thoughts. Through the act of crafting art, I discovered an infinite array of possibilities for self-expression, fulfilling my desire to communicate freely and bound
During my creative process, I don't stick to one style or medium, so my art is mostly mixed mediums. I base my work on my emotions and mood and I'm very spontaneous. Today I might make a piece of furniture, tomorrow I might paint to express myself. “ Agora gallery group show 2011”
